Monthly retainers (SEO, social media, Google Business Profile, ads management) may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing month is not refundable once work for that month has begun.
The initial 50% deposit on projects (e.g., websites) covers planning and design work and becomes non-refundable once that work has started. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, unearned fees are refunded.
Ad spend is paid to platforms (Google, Meta) from your own account and is governed by their policies; it cannot be refunded by us.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
